Ask what the score is when you're serving...every point.

When your opponent has match point, tell him you need to use the restroom. Then just leave.

Just play your game and win... it's the proper way, playing games shows that you are weak.

i had my hitting partner try to tick me off during a practice set...

it was 4-5 and i had come to the net to take some balls so i can start serving... he said "this is the last game, as I have to go"... this was his way of ticking me off...

i won the next 8 points... 6-4, boom... he suddenly had time to play another set!

I always hate it when my opponent, who is receiving, calls out the score on break/set/match points.

I posted this on a health and fitness thread, but I take a two liter bottle of sprite and chug it all down when we switch sides. Then belch in their face.

I do say, good sir. The game of Tennis is for Kings, scholars, and gentlemen. No low-life peasants shall be-ith allowed to participate-ith in such an extravagant activity. Absolutely no women allowed either.. since it is a gentlemen's sport. The game of tennis is only fit for the gentlest of gentlemen.

Guess that means a freind of mine can't play anymore. One of the best I've ever seen, but when we played the best team in the whole entire state, we brought a punching bag so he didnt vent his anger on the other team.

During the warm up, hit only drop shots during the baseline hitting part. When they come to net to hit volleys, lob them every time. During serve warm up, serve to the opposite box to where they are standing so they have to walk all around the court to pick up the balls.

I'll stop there since I don't want to reveal all of my tactics when I play Jason. :)

I don't really annoy my opponent (on purpose ;) ) but some things that annoy me...

I had an opponent who would switch racquets mid-set and ask if we could take a few minutes to warm up again so he could adjust to his new racquet.

While warming up volleys, hitting passing shots, or rockets right at you the whole time.

When they have a ball in their hand, one in their pocket, and call for the third ball so I have to run and grab it for them.

    Just a few things..

When you serve, bounce the ball like 10times, throw a bad toss, bounce another 10times,another bad toss, repeat that 3x , and then no bounce, underhand serve.
