Currently I use full Gosen Micro @ 60 on my PS 6.0 95. For more durability I would like to try full poly and a hybrid. What tensions would you recommend to try on full SPPP and on SPPP / Gosen Micro hybrid?

I was thinking 55 for full SPPP, and 55/55 for SPPP / Gosen Micro hybrid. Right?

Mid 50s for the hybrid sounds right, but I'd recomend low 50s for the full poly.

What's the tension range on the PS? SPPP is a pretty soft poly so you could probably go up a bit.

hybrid tour is 51-61 and i've got it with full SPPP at 58lbs. I think i'll go one more up and that's it.

Tension range printed on my new PS 6.0 95 is 55-65, but older seemingly identical frames had 50-60 range. How is the comfort with full SPPP @ 58?

Thanks, I will try 52 for full poly. And what about different tension for mains and crosses in a hybrid? Should I go 52/55 since poly should generally be strung at lower tension then synthetic gut?

Using a full set of SPPP, I, personally, would go 53#. With the hybrid, I'd string the SPPP mains at 55 and the OGM crosses at 58#.

Is there any reason to use different tension on mains and crosses with a full poly? Like 53/51?
