I'm using Cyber Flash in the mains and Gosen Micro crosses and was wondering if I should have the CF at a higher tension or the Gosen at a higher tension and by how much?

It really depends on what you prefer, but people usually drop the mains 2 - 5 lbs. So, if you string your racket @ 60lbs, try stringing the Cyber Flash @ 56 and work from there.

Additionally, the Gosen is a higher powered string so you will want to string higher to account for that. I've used a similar combo of CF mains crossed with titan syn gut crosses. I usually did them at 55 or 54 mains for the CF and do 56 or 57 for the softer powerful cross. CF works exceptionally well in this type of setup.

Ok good cause last night I strung the CF at 56 and the Gosen at like 58 which is about what both of you recommended. Thanks.

No right answer - I string my NRG2 crosses 2 pounds tighter than my Proline II mains
