In atpworld tour says that rafa nadal has been on tour 11 years, that means he was 14 when he entered to the tour or what means tour? Junior?

He was 15 when entered the tour but did you really need a whole thread for this? There are a bunch of Nadal's threads where you could have made the question.

    That said, I don't understand Dimitrov's serve.

Nadal started playing satellite qualifiers in Spain at the start of 2001, when he was 14, and satellite tournaments are behind futures, challengers and the main tour, in terms of the pecking order. The only junior tournaments Nadal played were 2002 Junior Wimbledon, losing in the semi finals to Lamine Ouahab, and winning 2002 Junior Davis Cup for Spain in France. Nadal basically skipped over the juniors almost entirely.

Rafa played his 1st future and his first challenger in fall 2001 at the age of 15. (He only played 2 that year). In his 16th year (2002), he only played challengers and futures (quite common for players that age) with the exception of Mallorca (the only ATP event he played that year).
He started playing ATP tournaments in his 17th year in 2003. That's not off the charts precocious. A lot of guys start on the ATP around that age.
The only difference is that Rafa became successful much faster than most guys do.
