I have a microgel instinct, how do I lead it up?

I want my microgel instinct to have more heft. How can this be achieved? I want it to be about 11.4 oz and up. I don't really understand head heavy and head light all that. I know their is two ways to adding weight. Getting those lead stick on things to put around the racket head and getting some lead to put in handle. I don't understand what difference is and I don't understand how much gram adds to the weight of racket in oz's.

Someone told me to put some lead at the 12 oclock and some lead inside of the neck. If i buy so stick ons, not the lead tape. How many stick ons would equal to a .1 of a oz.

if i add 12 grams, and the racket is 11 oz now. That would make it like 11.3 or 11.4 oz's right?

I am using the MG Instinct for 5 months now & tried some lead at 3 & 9. Also tried adding a little in the throat. I kept going back to stock. With lead, it became too powerful for my liking. The only thing I can think of is maybe adding a leather grip for extra weight & keeping the swing weight from getting too high. I have not tried this yet. If anyone has, please give us your feedback on how the racket response differs from stock.
