I just broke a cross?!?

    Strung my racquet up with full prince premier multi with softflex (i think that is the string) and i broke a cross before a main...

    does this happen? or did something go horribly horribly wrong..?

    Not a "horribly" thing, this has happened to me with this kind of strings.

    Breaking a cross with a multi is pretty common lol. I dont know how i broke a luxilon cross though lol

    mines worse! a hole pierced through my stringbed when i hit the ball with my aluminum strings!! :rolf:

    come on man, it's not unusual. no need to worry ;)

    my gut/iso hybrid does the same too, iso breaks first all the times

    i always break crosses first.

    Uh, yeah, I broke a cross on the original synthetic of my racquet once, it can happen.

    i've only done this one time
    and it was off hitting a serve
    i was amazed that i broke a cross

    Crosses on the K-gut seems to break first for some reason.
