Nice shoe, light, feel good on hard courts. I'm pleasantly surprised and delighted with the Bercuda. Why ain't anyone else talking about these shoes? It's always the Barricades.

Which ones did you get? My dad just ordered the White and Dark Blue ones yesterday. He wanted the white and black ones which were a bit cheaper at $39.99 but they sold the last two pairs of 13s the day after I mentioned the shoe to him and the day before he went to order them. lol go figure! Anyway, I think they look real good:)

I'm using the white/black/orange ones (and have another new set waiting for when these wear out). I'm not very happy with the cushioning on them. I had a pair of the previous generation (white/gray/blue) and they were way more cushioned. I added some 3rd party insoles to these and they still aren't as plush as the old ones.

Granted I'm a big guy but the previous gen ones were way more cushioned IMO, even after wearing through the outsole and retiring them to casual use.

Yeah the cushioning is average but the traction is nice they squeak a lot. Good shoe, good value, nice look too. (White gray and sky blue ones)

Because many, including me, would rather pay $79 for Barricade 7s and get better durability plus a replacement pair.

I played with barricades for a few years and admit they are super durable, great shoes, but they are heavy .

The bercudas are much lighter and much cheaper.
$50 plus the warranty pair is hard to beat, if you want a lighter shoe and can
Deal with the decrease in support. I put insoles in to beef them up and I'm happy with the bercudas all things considered.
