So that's what just happened to me. I still have the original box and everything including the invoice. But somehow, I threw the returning label somewhere that I never know. Is there any way that I can obtain this shipping label again?

Or for another possible solution, can I receive 2 packages at the same time with the same shipping label? To be more specific, they're 2 pairs of Converse JP Evo, 1 size 9 and 1 size 8.5. The 8.5 pair fits me better but they dont seem to be in perfectly new condition (missing tag, outsole a little dirty). So what I intend to do is to place two smaller 2 boxes (different than the shoes box) that contains each shoes and then place them into 1 big box so that I will only have to use one shipping label. Is that okey?

Thank you in advance for the help!

If you need a new shipping label, please contact our customer service department and we should be able to e-mail you a new one.

    1(800) 883-6647 or info@tennis-warehouse.com.

However, I would like to note that any shoe that you are returning for refund or exchange needs to be in Brand New condition (i.e. Tags still attached, original shoe box, packing materials and have NOT been worn outside or have dirt on the sole). We will not be able to accept any items that are not in brand new condition unless they are being considered for sole warranty replacement on qualifying shoes.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Thanks again Aaron!

Unfortunately, the shoes that I have received have a little bit of dirt on the sole and no tag at all. They're not that noticeable, but I just want to say that it was the situation honestly :)
