I need a crisp string, similar to Wilson Reaction to cross with Topspin Concept Pure.

PGSD comes to mind. Crispiest string I've played with so far.

Put a set of global gut 16 in the oven for 12 minutes at about 120 degrees F (warm but not too hot) and it will achieve a crispy texture, and you'll get a poly feel with Indian gut. You'll also get an ALU rough texture as well.

Uh, that can't be very good for the string's durability, can it?

I am on a budget. How does PSGD compare to OG sheep. I have been using that as a cross on the Concept Pure for a while now. But I feel like I want something more crisp. Like reaction, BUT cheaper....

Crisp? I'd go with on the softer end of the polys. Although compared to any other strings... Hm, I see your point

fxp's string movement is horrible. moving all over the shop. loses tension drastically. going to cut it soon!
