I need to buy a new tennis shoe and my options are:
Nike Air Zoom Zero
Nike Vapor X
Nike Zoom Cage 3
Adidas Barricade Boost 2018
Asics Solution Speed FF
What would you recommend?

If you can try them all on, the one that feels best on your foot. From that list I'd likely select the Asics since they feel right on my feet. Barricades are great shoes, but they dug into my feet at the top inside eyelet, and I experienced toe jams with them as well. But it all depends on how they fit you.

And why are those your only options? Sometimes non big name shoes will fit the best IMO

I can only comment on the shoes I’ve tried. I’ve owned 3 pairs of the Nike Zoom Zeroes. It was my first actual tennis shoe. I really loved playing in them, very comfortable and kept you on the balls of your feet. The only negative was the eyelet lace strap kept breaking. Other than that I would still have them. I returned them to Nike and they issued a credit. I’ve since then been wearing the Nike Cage 3’s. The shoes are awesome, very durable and light. They will take a little bit of break in. I have 3 pairs in rotation now. I did go a full size up. I normally wear a 13 and I got a 14 with both the Zoom Zeroes and Cage 3’s. Both run small and have a sock style interior. You will get a LOT opinions about shoes here. Do your research and go with reputable shoe quality shoe. Better to invest in a good pair, search the Internet for good deals they are out there.

High arches, flat feet, narrow feet, hard courts or Har Tru? We would need some more information on your personal needs before picking one

Everybody has a different foot type so what might be good for 1 person, might not be good for you. Definitely watch the Tennis Warehouse reviews on Youtube, but even moreso if you have a decent tennis shop to go to & try them.

Cage 3 is very affordable and is pretty darn durable unless you're a major shoe destroyer--but if that is the case half the options there will be unviable as they're even less durable.

Depends if you are looking for durability or a speed shoe. Personally, you should avoid the cages. The fit feels weird due to the plastic "cages" around the shoe. The barricades are super durable, but also super uncomfortable.

I’ve only tried the Vapors but wouldn’t recommend them. They’re pretty comfy but very slippery to me. I’m not a player that slides much but had a couple stops that could’ve been bad when I wore the Vapors

If those are your options then I would suggest if you could try on and see which fits you the best . With the list you have, I have used the cages and the Asics. Both fit and we're comfortable with decent stability, and the Asics felt great right out of the box without any break in required.like mentioned everyone is different.Watch the Tennis warehouse reviews.

I have wide feet and the barricades are not at ALL uncomfortable. I would recommend wearing them more than once before deciding they are horrible. My ascics hurt my feet, you know the Gel res that every thinks are so grand.
