i sent in my nike breathe free's and when i call it says it was approved and sent bac

    but i haven't received it. also, nike's customer service line for returns seems completely automated and i can't find out how i can talk to them. any ideas?

    it's been almost 2 months now.

    Nike customer service is on my Sh** list. I sent mine in for outsole warranty.
    It took 2 phone calls to finally get them to ship my shoes. And when they did, they sent me the wrong shoe size. Now they are giving me this story that I have to ship them back and they will ship me the correct sized ones.
    That will take another month again of processing! They should just ship me my correct size and don't make me go thru the return process again. They can afford it. It was their mistake in the first place.

    call 800 344 6453 for consumer affairs? or did you call 800 806 number?
