Let's review, class. Particularly you, CD! SMCRogi '11 entered RG with Qatar and nothing else under his belt...beat the invincible Djok and tested Nadal. SMCRogi comes to RG'12 with Rotterdam, Dubai, twin MS1000's and he has "no chance"? I stand by Rogi! Project XVII on le dixieme de Juin!

Please, ye able BOTEhands, carry the Eagle aura during SMCRogi's match today vs Kamke. I have worked fairly late and shall take to my bed while Rogi plays. Much love and Lindt for all!

    Dear fellow BOTE,

You should go to the poape, JoelDali and confess about your sins, not consuming Lindt and Basalt during Rogi's match.

How arrogant of me to require sleep while SMCRogi practices SwissSorcery over TeutonicTobias! Pre-dreamtime Lindt and EaudeFed-spritzed pillows must have helped. So Sexi, so six more to 17! Allez Rogi, allez BOTE!

You are quite kind, Feather! Perhaps, my muse is the fellow mentioned in your signature. It's quite easy to wax poetic when inspired by his beautiful game. Now, on to dreamtime surrounded by my Lindt-colored Spaniels, hopefully to project an image or two of SexiStrokes and SweetSorcery performed within the rectangle of Terre Battue! Allez Rogi, allez BOTE! Project XVII awaits!

2009 miracle needed. Don't see current Djokovic and Nadal lose to Kohlschreiber and Soderling type of players.

Still stand by Roger though of course.

Wishing for a day off to see some SexiSwissSorcery...first the apprentice Stan vs SimpleSimon and then FabulousFed vs MarathonManMahut. Swiss flags will fly high against the Parisian twilight. On to Week 2 with fresh legs for Victory's flight after the conquest of Chiahead and ******. Project XVII shall be fulfilled in ten short days! Allez Rogi, allez BOTE!

QFT! He matched his grand total of Tour-level clay wins for the last 4 years with this run. SMCRogi stopped the MahutTGV and readies for a second-week run. Set drops are a hiccup (IW vs Milosh/Bellu) before belching out Chiahead/****** candles. On to Goffin, Berd/JMDP and the promised land of Project XVII completion on the 10th! The math is simple...10+6(June)+1(true champion)=17! Allez Rogi! Allez BOTE!

I'm so hoping NBC gives me SexiTennis to view as the Eagle soars to vanguish the hopes of the idolizing Lucky Loser. While his storybook run is uplifting and his style is Rogi-inspired, the Eagle must bear his basalt-enhanced talons and leave the young Belgian scrapping for bagel and/or breadstick crumbs. Allez Rogi, Allez BOTE. Stage 4 of Project XVII draws near. I stand by SexiRogi!

My Dear BOTE, please help me make a painful decision. Due to circumstances I have to choose between being able to watch the men's semis on fri or the men's final on sun. I will have to miss one. :(

Fingers crossed that SMC reaches the semis, but which should I choose the possible beating of the joker or the slaying of the bull?

    The Eagle and the Goat

In the world of the seagull came the Golden Eagle,
soaring unafraid, his wings expansive and regal,
between the diaphanous heavens and the dusty soil,
the worlds of ethereal gift and earthly toil,
untethered to a life when his days were younger,
always looking ahead with undimmed hunger.

For breakfast he munched on a Scottish hare,
one talon in flesh, and then blood through the air.
Lunch brought the taste of a Serbian fox,
swiped from the field, savored on the rocks.
Next fell a Spanish beast for a dinnertime feast,
the bull in his stomach, his hunger decreased.

But then the eagle spotted in the hills of the Swiss,
a goat dancing in the meadows, a sight of pure bliss.
But thoughts of dessert fled the eagle's mind,
as he felt his and this goat's souls intertwined.
"Let us rest, then I'll carry you on my back to my golden BOTE."
And the world was perfect as the eagle lay down with the goat.

I'm having a problem and hoping some fellow BOTE members can help. I woke up last night, around 3AM and there was strange light emanating from my closet. Sort of pulsing and it was spreading from under the gap between the closet door and the floor and filling the rest of my bedroom with a sort of amber glow. Normally I would ignore this sort of thing, but it was accompanied by a deep, steady hum which my ears found too invasive to sleep through. I opened the door and sure enough the glow was coming from my 2003 Wilson Pro Staff six pack bag (black with grey accents). I unzipped one racquet compartment to find that two of my BLX 6.1 tour 90's were touching causing them to vibrate and pulse with light. Normally I keep them on opposite sides of the bag to avoid this situation. Has this ever happened to anyone else? The closest thing I can compare it to are those stones in The Temple of Doom.

I think you have summoned Enick, the Chief Slee Stack of the Ancient Basalt Mines. This is significant. The Crystals have chosen you. Annacone is waiting for you on the other side of the closet to welcome you into the kingdom. Arise. Do what he tells yo to do.

Being the Eagle sometimes means having the will to persevere through the roughest of wind while keeping the steely eye on Victory, waiting for the moment to strike at the prey with basalt-enhanced talons and transport the carrion to the SexiMirka and twins in the high-perched Aerie of the Majestic Bird. What happened today displays tenacity and the skill to soar in for the kill. Allez Rogi, Allez BOTE. Stage 5 is complete. On to victory on the 10th and completion of Project XVII! I stand by SwissSorcery by SexiRogi @Roland Garros!

Bird of the Basalt and sweeping wing
Thy home is 90 square inches of heaven,
Where wide the storms of warm burritos fling,
And the tempest Cortex Clouds are driven.
    Thy throne is on the Rolexian mountain top;
    Thy fields---the boundless air;
And hoary Mirka's breasted peaks that proudly prop
The bosoms, her blessed goodness fair

And where was then thy fearless Eagle's flight?
"O'er the dark, mysterious Parisan sea,
To Vapour 9 that caught the setting light,
The Swoosh bandana'd ship of liberty.
There on the silent and lonely shore,
    For ages I watched alone,
The Talk Tennis Troll Kingdom, in its darkness, asked no more
Where the glorious Golden Eagle had flown.

From the Fed-Delpo match thread , somewhere in the 4th set.

Not sure if it is a tribute to the Eagle or the Poap (probably both)
