I think I have Work-Knee

    ...and Home-Knee. My knee hurts and feels weak at times at home and work. This generally happens in the middle of the day, or at night when I haven't played. However, if I go play Tennis, my knee doesn't hurt one little bit. It doesn't even hurt afterward. I think my knee is trying to tell me to work less and play Tennis more. :D

    I'd suggest you should go to an orthopedic surgeon (MD), for an assessment. He should order an X-ray and/or MRI scan for you. You might have the beginning of osteo-arthritis, which is especially valid after 50, but do it even younger.

    Also, are you doing any muscle conditioning? Get in shape, if you're not. Many knee accidents happen because folks have muscles which haven't seen exercise in years. This is especially valid for ladies, but ...
