If Federer finishes 2013 in the Top 3, which seems like a big task, it will be his 11th consecutive year finishing in the top 3. Only Connors (12 consecutive years) finished more years in the top 3. Connors' consistency and longevity is truly a marvel.

    Relax folks, ...
Poor Roger, he's probably going to end the year outside of the top 3.

If he finished in the top 4 that would be 11 consecutive years in the top 4. Only Connors would have a longer streak at 13 consecutive years in the top 4. And Connors had another year in the top 4. 14 years in the top 4. Unreal when you consider second best is 10 by Federer and Lendl.

Putting year end ranking aside, has Fed been out of the top 4 at all during that time frame?

How does that compare to Connors and Lendl?
