If you were ordered by the gov't to spend only $100...

    Lets have some fun.

Lets say the gov't came and confiscated every single racquet you own. Then they gave you a $100 bill to buy just one racquet, and it had to be from TW.

Tell me which one it would be, and why.

For the sake of this exercise, lets say there is no tax and shipping is free...

It would be between the Wilson Tour 95 or Dunlop 200g. Mostly because I need flexy racquets and all the other sub $100 racquets are stiff.

I'd tell the gouv to shove it and buy a Tour 95. Then I'll steal 5 packs of lead tape from the nearest tennis store.

We need at least $130-150. Anyway, I will try to buy a POG oversize in at least VG condition from classified.

I think that buying something from the classifieds kind of defeats the purpose of the thread. You could theoretically buy any racquet for $100 in the classifieds.

Instead of creating a new thread about the Wilson Tour MP, how do you guys think this racquet compares to a lot of the newer racquets like the pure drive? I was thinking of getting one.

I'd move to China because they would never interfere in the personal lives of their people...plus since all the racquets are made their anyway, I'd go get me a custom made frame.

Well, out of curiousity Id buy a Pro Staff Tour 95. Its the only racquet in that price range which specs anywhere close to my old Prince Precision Mono so I'd love to give it a try.

Actually I should amend that to say, Id assume the government was operating on my girlfriend's instructions.
