    Watching Federer dismantle Henman today.

I truly appreciate the greatness of Federer. But Wimbledon use to be all about skidding shots and bad bounces and the ability to adjust. Guys ike Henman thrived on it. Now with the longer grass and heavier balls, its safe to say pure S&V is truly dead (Even Max the Beast was staying back on the baseline). An all court artist like Federer will be tough to beat at Wimbledon.

With the exception of the French Open, the game has become even more homogenized. Good for a tennis god like Federer, bad for diversity. Boy do I miss Edberg.

Henman didnt loose because of S &V and courts. He lost because Federer played very good.

Its been a while since Henman had some good positive results. So I dont belive courts or grass or whatever had any hand in the result outside of some bad tennis from Henman.
