i've never seen a thread on impact tape or the equivalent for tennis

impact tape (or homemade equivalent) is fairly popular in golf to show you how you are hitting the ball.

what can i use to figure out whether i'm hitting in the upper hoop or lower hoop more (and it can vary by 2HB and FH)... i have a general idea, but so do people in golf and i find the impact tape really helpful.

i would envision putting something on the strings (that won't make a mess of the court) and have a session of each stroke.

i've never seen a thread on this before. any response greatly appreciated!!

edit: wanted to add that looking at the fuzz in your strings is so imprecise. it does tell you something but not enough (and i usually have fuzz everywhere on the racquet and i don't know whether the bh or fh caused the way off-center fuzz).

You can use stencil ink for this. Probably messy though.......
