What are some things you can do to improve you game over the winter that won't cost a fortune?

I will probably play some USTA tourneys, and I'd like to get a personal coach. How much are lessons and are they even very helpful? I'm lost in what to do that will help a lot and not cost too much.

    Any suggestions or experiences? Thanks.

Lessons costs depend on where you live. Check with your local club on that one. You can always workout during the winter do group lessons or semi-privates.

If money is an issue for you, try getting a job at the Local Club that has indoor courts. Most Club employee's are allowed to play for free, plus just hanging out at the Club will allow you to make contacts that can result in hitting partners, etc.
