    And won them all.

Is this the only way Fed wins? By holding all set then dominating the tie break? Seems to me like he's garbage at everything else.

    Thoughts?

Fed is the best tiebreak player in history, even against top players(2008 Wimbledon vs Nadal, he won 2 breakers).

Fed: the TB master. That's the only way he can win nowadays. Because his return game is... hum... not totally convincing let's say.

That's a great stat. If he can keep up the rock solid performances in TBs, then I think he has a decent chance at Wimbledon and the USO.

One thing is certain. He's not exceptional at converting break points. If anything, it's his weakest stat really. He's win a lot easier and more convincingly if that was to improve. I don't think the man gambles enough when playing a real match. He needs to screw around more like he did on the Gillette tour in SA and hit some damn winners like he just don't care. He's capable of them, he's just too calculated in his old days I think.
