It's a tough call between Silverstring and Big Ace. Reason being, Silverstring is superior, but Big Ace costs over $50 less per reel.

Gosen OG Micro is a synthetic gut.

Gosen OG Micro is a synthetic.

But Gosen Polylon is only $3 on TW and plays great! Just a bit tough on the arm, so you have to hybrid.

Topspin Polytech or Polylon are good budget strings.

The price should be your top priority when you're a dealer or something. If you're a player then I would vote against Polyon. You get 2 hours of decent play out of the string... while for strings at 3 times the price u can get 4 times the playing time, not to mention stringing costs, the strain on the racket each time it's being strung....

MSV Focus Hex is a very good and inexpensive choice - I like to hybrid it with Gosen OG 17.

    Polyon is total CRAP.

the best budget poly is Big hitter, since its only like 6 bucks a pack vs 10 for the others
but id say silver string is best out of that list and you could tie between big hitter and Big ace,

I've only tried SPPP, WCSS, TSCF, and MSV F-hex. All hybrid jobs with Gosen OG 17 in crosses. It's hard for me to tell the difference between SPPP & WCSS. Both play the best but SPPP is my current choice because it's available in 17L and it's $20 cheaper than WCSS. TSCF played good for the first couple of hours and then died off too quickly. Not worth the lower price. MSV fhex was marginally better than TSCF.
