Free demo from the local tennis shop.

What should I do? Will they charge me?

Really really loose, you can move it up and down easily without resistance.

you should check and see if maybe there is a misweave somewhere. if there is, then just take it back and show them. i don't see any reason for a single cross to be insanely loose unless it was misweaved or something.

    what's a misweave?

I can tell what the general definition is but as I dont string my own racquets I dont know what a correct weave looks like xD.

    Thanks

It's fine... whoever strung it probably forgot to tension it.

    ^^^agreed.

They won't charge you for the loose string. It was just poor stringing on their part.
