    My first class was 47min and I went full board. The 2nd one was 2 days later at 59mins and I petered out but finished the workout. Everyone in my class took a "break" at some point as far as intensity and the exercises during the hour session, with a couple of them in top condition, so I caught my breath an kept moving.

    My usual aerobic/plyometric training is usually 1-2/week at 30min so getting past this barrier is my challenge. The Insanity workout is on another level altogether for sure but I am looking forward to getting there.
