Help! After not playing for months and playing with a tennis elbow band the other day, my old tennis elbow does not hurt, but I have swelling and pain in my inner tennis elbow area and under the elbow on the inside of my forearm. I think I might have had the band on too tight? What else could have caused this? And neither ice nor massaging is helping the pain and swelling. What to do?

Do a search in this forum for:

    medial epicondylitis and

    golfer's elbow

All to common overuse injury. Sadly if bad requires complete rest and then re-hab.
