    i work as a couch.

My favourite shoe for training is the Lotto Raptor (2010). The support in the middle of the sole is the best. I also own Nike 2k10, CB 2.3+3.3, Asics GR2.

The Nike CB2.3 hurt on the outside of the middle of the sole.

Which sole should i try? What are the differences?

...and I work as a chaise lounger :)

All kidding aside, The Spenco Total Support insoles are very supportive and have good arch support. They're relatively thin and firm and do not boos the shoe's cushioning properties very much. They are, however, great for support.

The Superfeet green and orange seem to be favorites among posters on Talk Tennis.

Both provide good arch support and heel cushioning. The orange seem similar to the green, but with maybe an extra 1/8" of padding under the sole of the foot. Because I spend most of my tennis day jumping into a split step, I appreciate that little extra cushioning. (Some say it gives them a slightly "higher ride".) Both seem to usually outlast a pair of tennis shoes.
