"Every single moment of every single day from the moment of our birth, our bodies strive for life - long, energetic, healthy, happy life. We are beautifully designed to live and to live fully! (Thank you God!) We are for sure the most sophisticated "vehicle" on this planet. Every single moment we are building bone cells, muscle cells, liver cells, pancreas cells, brain cells, skin cells and so on. In a one year time frame we rebuild and replace every single cell in our bodies. The catch here is, what quality of raw materials are we putting in while we are building all these cells?"

Well a couple of things: we die because we are programmed to die. So, our cells actually sort of try to die, on purpose. Second, once your digestive system breaks your food down into it's basic components: amino acids are amino acids, fatty acids are fatty acids and carbs are carbs. What most folks think of as quality nutrition, has more to do with marketing hype than nutrition research. Now I'm not saying there aren't better and worse foods for you, but that the common understanding of "quality" is skewed by marketing dollars.

Would that it were so. Beginning in young adulthood, we lose about 100,000 brain cells PER DAY. Happily, there are many billions of them, so we don't miss them terribly much -- at least for a while.

The author is a nutritional consultant/blood analyst? I gotta tell ya, I've been in healthcare for ~10 years and am pretty familiar with osteopathic/holistic health and I've never heard of a 'blood analyst'. Then I followed the link to her website and all was understood...hawker for Juiceplus!!
