Is a 1 hour tennis recreation class worth a try?

I took a summer tennis class for a 10 week 1.5 hour sessions. it was pretty good. the instructor wasn't usta certified or anything but i definitely improved a bit. However, I'm still at beginner level for certain.

I'm thinking about either retaking his class again and go through the basics again, or maybe taking classes at other cities nearby. But I find that they all are 1 hour courses as opposed to 1.5 hours. Also, I felt like I get my money's worth because only 4 students total attended (since it was held on a weekend). No other cities offered weekend tennis classes.

However, these 1 hour classes at other cities have somewhere around 13-16 students. I can't help but think that I won't get much attention. Any tips or advice on how I should go about spending my Fall recreation money? Thanks.
