Would Babolat Xcel Premium 17 be a good string for the Wilson K90?

How would the string be for power, comfort and durability?

I was considering stringing at 58lbs.

Being a fairly high quality multi string, I would say it's not too bad a choice for K90. Power will be up there because of K90's plow-through and the softness of the string, comfort will also be up there, again due to the softness of the string. The biggest issue would be durability IMO in terms of how hard you hit. You'll probably wear this string out quickly if you hit a better-than-intermediate level.

If you've ever used NXT, I don't see hwo Xcel Prem will be that much different from NXT. Probably a little more muted IMO. (I haven't used Xcel Prem on my K90 though I have used NXT 17 on it).

Although at 58 lbs K90, any good 17 gauge multi will give you tremendous ball bite. Good potential for sick spin, esp if you moved up to a co-poly/poly main and a soft cross string. I can see the result happening with a multi too though, just not as much as with a good copoly.
