Is Federer's Ncode the exact same racquet to his Kfactor under pj??
I mean, he could have subtly changed his spec, by, like, 5 grams or so, but I think it's the same pro stock nevertheless.
The retail sticks changed for the first time. The PS tour 90 and N six one tour were the same basic frame, when the K Six Ones came out, they had actuall new features. The throat section was longer and not as fat. The strings were spaced different in the sweet spot, more space between the crosses. The two BLX versions since have stayed the same. Obviously there is all the apparent technical rubbish but I've tried them all and the only ones that felt different were the K Factors, great frames.
Didn't Greg Raven analyze one of Fed's actual frames and say it was a K90 with a slightly different spacing pattern on the strings. It had some lead under the bumper, an overgrip, leather power pads, and denser cross pattern in the center of the head were the only differences from stock.
No the K was the first retail with the same string spacing as Federers actual racket. Also with the same grip length (as opposed to the retail ncode) if I remember correctly.
