Been playing for several years with Prince Triple Threat Warrior OS.

How arm friendly is the racket?

Also what string / tension would help make it better?

    Thanks

Very arm friendly. I used the MP for 2 years and I can only imagine how comfy the OS is (although it was too powerful for me). I'm a serve and volleyer too and I would use either full Prince Synthetic Gut w/ Duraflex 17g (if you don't break strings too often) @ about 58 lbs or Topspin Cyberflash 17g mains at 55 lbs and PSGD 16-17g at 57-58. Both of these set-ups give us the feel and control that we S&Vers need.
