I was watching highlights from BMW tournament, he doesn't slide, but moves quickly without slipping on the surface, hes playing all over the court, up at the net and serve and volleying. Do you guys think of him as a primary hard court player?

Does he have what it takes to win rounds at the French?

I think he's decent on clay. he's got a solid enough all-around all-court game so that he should be good on most/all surfaces. I saw him win in Houston last year, saw most of his matches, and I thought he was good on the surface. I do't think he'll win Roland Garros, but he has been to the finals of a clay masters tourney (Rome 2002), so yea I think he should be able to win a few rounds at RG.

He always loses to a player, just when you think hes hitting top form i.e pavel. He has made 3 semis this year, so its encouraging for him.
