    I liked it back in the day, it was firm, and low powered. A raw, unmuted "feel," and tension maintenence wasn't horrible for a 1st gen poly. If they still had inexpensive reels in 17g, i'd probably stock it.

    I've got > 80% of a 17ga reel, that's just taking up room under my stringer.

    I don't know exactly, but I think I've used it in the crosses of 4 - 6 frames.

    $20 and shipping, anyone ?
