It´s a shame how people judge Feds and Henins career based on few losses.
Everyone loses at times and they surely prove us wrong soon .
Remember what people said about the Williamses ? That they will never be able to get back to grandslam form ? Or the ones who said that Kuznetsova was done ?

Yeaaah ....right they are all done and will MOST likely never ever win something big anymore .

So what ? Do you really want to remain in that position ? I really think that the players will get pushed by all the negativ words on their games .
Just like Sharapova came back in the YEC Fed and Henin will make a great comeback und prove us wrong.

Actually did anyone know that Mashas favorite song at the time she reached the YEC final last year has been Stronger by Kanye west ?? :)

    Any thoughts ? ;)

I would have thought Fighter by Chritina Aguilera.

Seriously though, I agree with you. It's way to premature to right off Henin and Federer.

    Regards

No although I like Sharapova I think Maria´s time will be next year .
But she will reach probably number 2 at the end of the year .
Hopefully she will convince me from the opposite and become number one :D

If Sharapova going to win either 1 or 2 slams in this year probably she could overtake Justine. Where's all your passion and confident as a supporter? Such a disgrace .

I don't think Fed is done or over, but he looks past his prime. I think it's normal. The problem with most people on here is that they also throw in the "he should retire" BS along with agreeing that he's past his prime. So most people get a bad rap for thinking fed is done bc so many people have said it wanting him to retire. Sure Fed has a good shot at taking another grand slam or others but he has got too wark harder than ever before to reach those. Is he done? no. Is he going to be uber dominant again like in the past? no.

No I´m just trying to rate Masha realistically . Just as I´m saying that Maria will be much better than Henin I just feel that this year won´t be her personal best year.

I surely feel that she can win Wimbledon , although I strongly hope that she´ll win the french but .....

I dunno ...I somehow feel that Henin will allways be in the latest stages at a lot of tournaments just as Masha and that´s why Masha can´t overtake the number one spot THIS year .

BUt yeah ..i actually forgot that Maria can get quiet a lot point ins wimbeldon and the US as she lost very early last year .
She definitely has the weapons and as I said before I hope she´ll prove me wrong and allready reaches the number one spot in this year :)

mrDamien how long have you been a Sharapova fan so far ?? :)

I just think that Fed needs a proper coach .
Of course he already knows how to win big games . If he didn´t he wouldn´t have won all those titles .
But he needs a coach to help him regain is focuse and to assure that he´s doing things well

To be part of Sharapova supporter time doesn't matter and important as long as you're fully confident with her ability to win every slams and gain No 1 spot. The love blossom started from her grunt . Totally like her scream such a powerful angel on court.

Sharapova´s serve will improve even more .
I think she will be able to hit over 200 mph soon soon ;)

But what about Henin and Federer .
Actually the french is their tournament to prove us wrong .
It´s Henin´s favorite surface where she barely had lost on and it´s the only major Roger hasn´t won so far.
    I´m pretty excited :D

I think Sharapova re-injured her shoulder, which doesn't bode well for the rest of her season. Without a serve, she's very vulnerable.

Well i can said that Fed is not going to win the FO as there are too many clay court specialist out there waiting to hold the slam. The names such as Nadal, Moya, Nalbandian, Ferrer, Hewitt, Robredo, Canas, Gonzo and Baggy. This year i'm don't put high hope on Justine to lift the slam again as much prefer new faces to win such as Sveta or Sharapova.

Well my thoughts are that you are overreacting.

Why ? Because everything has to end sometimes, it is not wrong to notice someones form going down and try to predict what will happen in the near furure. We are not in doubt that both of them are not in such great form ( maybe more Federer because I am no fan of WTA ) ..

Its not a shame, it is a reality. Objective thinking. On the other hand you may predict they will regain the form kick ass and whatever else you think will happen.

And to prove my point here is a little trivia from one tennis web page .. So we are not the only ones to talk bout this.

What's Up with Roger Federer This Year?

    Still battling mono
    Lost a step
    Competition is better
    Needs a coach
    Needs to drop Mirka
    Should practice more
    Just had some bad luck
    Lost his confidence
    It's the Pete Sampras virus
Players no longer scared of him
    Who Cares
    Who's Roger Federer?

If this thing with him becoming a father is true ...do you think this will either help him or distract him big time ?? :(

Well come to think about it, if you need to travel 10 out of 12 months a year and if you have a small child, it can not help you on court right? It can only distract you. It does not mean that it WILL but it can. Depends on what kind of personality does he have, I do not think anyone knows the answer except the man himself.
