    Dunlo M-Fil 300
    Yonex RDS 003
    Yonex RDS 001 MP
    Flexpoint FXP Radical Team

    possibly Diablo MP.

I'm looking for a racquet that's a tweener, but slightly more towards the players' area. Like i stated in the other thread, my aeropro control is just slightly out of my skill level for now. I play a pretty aggressive game relying on my serve and net game. Love the half volley.

P.S. Is the diablo too much of a players' racquet for me as well?

P.P.S. Can't believe the racquets won't be available to demo until the 18th+21st though...BOOO.

i think you picked out some good rackets. but why are you going for the radical team rather than just the radical?

the diablo shouldnt be too hard to handle imo, especially if you're coming from the APC. it's got a very low swingweight, so it should be maneuverable.

Snowflewis, what's the difference between the two racquets?

Also, do i want the tour diablo mp or the diablo xp mp? I'm not an expert on what swingweight, weight and stiffness i want.

Nice whittling...I recently tried the M-Fil 300, RDS 001 MP, and RDS 003, and they are all good racquets. I ended up w/the M-Fil 300 - best balance of power and control for me, and it excels at the net. (I use it leaded up to about 11.5 oz.)

The Diablo XP comes in a 97 and 107...the 97 is a full ounce heavier at 11.5 than the 107 but more than twice as head light, so the 97 provides more mass behind the ball while providing a similar swing weight. I'd start w/the 97, unless you've used OS racquets before and prefer a larger head size.

I'm demoing that this week. I really like this frame. It feels very solid for an 11.5oz frame, yet is very comfortable as well. Very easy to generate topspin and my 1HBH was about as good as its' ever been playing with this one. The only thing I had trouble with was the serve. I ended up deciding on the Ipex 7.0 Mid, but the next time one of these goes up for sale on the classified I may pick one up.

I'm just going to place the order now, they won't be here for about a week though, which stinks.
