    Stop watching POT :)

That shot is just a basic 2BH drive.

More than enough info around on how to do those :)

This was an old term used to help players feel their stomach muscles in the serve. Is this what we are talking about?

lol...do you really think that you can volley back an overhead w/o even facing it and have it land on the baseline EVERY TIME? (tsubame gaeshi or w/e it is)

I suggest you watch clips of Safin; he has it down pat.

u jump with right foot (if ur a right hander) and as u jump forward u swing two handed back hand, u need a LOT of balance for this move.. but if it works, it's very useful indeed ;) (this move was used to be my winner shot)
Reason u need balance is, because u will land with one foot and if u fall down... ur screwed :)

The Jack-knife bh is great for high-kicking balls usually hit up at your shoulders. You need a lot of rotational force. When you whip one leg forward and one behind you (like a jack-knife), this helps twist the trunk and generate the torque necessary to hit the shot. Besides the leg work, it is very similar to a bh hit lower to the ground.

I don't think so, unless you are left handed. If you transfer weight from right to left you'll lean back and hit a pretty weak shot.
