Has anybody seen this yet? He says Roddick's racquet weighs a little more than the stock 11.1 ounce pd+ and he says that ferrero plays with a sub 12 ounce stick. I would guess that Schweid knows what he is talking about, but this doesn't seem right. Also, he says that Roddick, Ferrero and Clijsters play with head heaby racquets. It sounds a little fishy.

Looks like about a bit under 1 oz of lead on Andy's racket from the picture. In Jay's world (probably quite a few 13oz+ rackets) that might not be much. That ounce would certainly make the racket head heavy. Is the Prince racket Ferrero uses under 12 oz stock without strings?

Hmm. The POG LB that Ferrero uses is over 12oz stock. Even the NXG MP is. His racquets are also apparently customised by Prince in Italy (the Prince European HQ for R&D), with extra weight added.
