Understand that McEnroe is still hitting pretty well and could play with a lot of the top pros for just one set. Where would McEnroe play today in a top team's lineup? I'd surely slot him in one of the top doubles slots but where would he play singles?

At the top somewhere. McEnroes game is very unique and kind of timeless. Its a difficult style to play against. He also still serves extremely well. I dont see him getting broken much in the NCAAs. At least as long as he is healthy.

Domijan beat him a few years back in a World Team Tennis event.

Team Tennis is a strange format and who knows how seriously Mac took it. If I remember correctly, Team Tennis is a no-ad format. That alone kind of skews results. I think Domijian probably beats McEnroe 6 times out of 10 if they play seriously but I'm not so sure I"d bet a lot of money on it.
