    Splits are necessary because Giron had him on a yo-yo every point. Also I have seen a few college players do a split on court before. Dom Maden of Clemson does them every match.

    I haven't seen Maden play. Is Clemson coming to UCLA anytime soon? Would love to watch this guy.

    He's a senior so unless the selection committee inexplicably sends Clemson to UCLA in the tournament you won't get a chance to see him.

    He has great movement and flexibility, but his opponent has much better groundies.

    Their head to head is now 2-1 Giron with Morrissey's win coming in a dead rubber championship tiebreak last year...

    Giron's other results are also superior by some margin...
