I haven't seen his name on the Seniors' tour website.
Outback Champions' Series or Black Rock?
Either way, I don't think he qualifies.
Pretty sure he qualifies by playing on the 1995 U.S. Davis Cup in the semifinals that went on to win the finals against Russia.
He played dubs that year.
His only singles matches were in '97 in dead rubbers.
Doesn't just his former popular name qualify him for a WC at a seniors event (any of the two)!?
Reading the rules of eligibility for both the Outback and Blackrock tours it appears he may only be eligible for the Blackrock. He was #1 in doubles in Aug. of 1994.
