Has anyone experienced this? How does it compare to loosely strung synth gut or natural? Is it still dead, but gives more "ball pocketing", etc? Most people using kevlar string medium to high tension.

Kevlar doesn't really pocket like other strings because it doesn't stretch. If you string it really loose, you can get something like a pocket from what I understand, but I would seriously doubt it getting anywhere close to what you can get with natural gut, multis, or a loose syn gut. Kevlar is good for two reasons. It lasts a long time, and it can greatly reduce power. If you don't really need one of those two things, I would not recommend it. There are better choices.
