    Guys,

I am currently in Portugal and visited what seems to be a chain sports store earlier today.

Getting to the good part - I found what seemed to be their own in-store brand: K-Open who offered quite a few racquets. The most interesting of these was a stick called the 300 ATP Tour and its specs were 98in, 340g (strung) and 320mm balance (it was nicely headlight).

I had never heard of K-Open before today...but given the stick costs 39.99 Euros I am sorely tempted to pull the trigger.

I would however be very grateful if anyone could share information about K-Open and the above stick if they have hit with it before (what strings went well with it, is it hard on the joints etc).

As always, sincere thanks in advance to those that respond.

Hey, i'm from Portugal and i know that particular racquet. It's a yellow that looks close to the Prince EXO3 Rebel 95.
I was also intrigued by it because the material is graphite-like solid. It felt like a player's racquet in my hand.

Never hit with it, the brand is very recent, and is from SPORTZONE chain stores. They also have, replacement grips, overgrips, balls, strings and a affordable clothing line with decent quality. Where are you from btw?

I am also from Portugal. Its the brand name from sports retailer sportzone.. Its proably some china made brand and they put the name on. It. They also sponsor some under 10 events for kids. I do not see a lot of people using it. Not frequent players anyway. Cant attest for the quality.herhaps they will let you do a demo. But its interesting specs this racquet..

    Guys

Thanks for the responses to both of you. SexPistol - I´m visiting Portugal from England and I love it here so far. I saw the grips, overgrips, balls and clothing and I am tempted to pick up some stuff to take home. You mentioned strings - I will have to look for those while I`m here.

As I said I am tempted to buy the racquet as the specs are similar to what I like except for the 98sqin as I usually don`t like anything more than a 95.
