I have been wearing cb4.3s since there release untill now. I get a solid 12weeks out of them if a lace loop doesn't pop or heel crack.

So anyone worn out bigshots 1 or 2 I'm looking for durrability and unless something major happened K swsis's have always been comfortable.

    Thanks,
    Josh

CBs 4.3 are more durable. Most durable shoe is Barricades 7, runs a bit bulky though. Although if you use the 6 month warranty, you should take any shoe with the warranty that is comfortable, like the Gel Resolutions 5. BigShots 2 leave (washable) marks on the court, which cancelled the men playtest. The women said durability was good, although a women CB or Barricade 7 doesn't really exist (the women B7 has little to do with the men one).

I think I am going to get 1 of the newer model cb4.3s for now but I am exploring the option of the bigshot also checked out the Head line of shoes they seem like they have good comfort reviews but I don't see any quotes on outsole life.

The black/volt color is the pair that the heel broke on and the gray/peach is the color that had terrible lace strap popoing issues.

so I'm trying to decide what color to go with I believe the black outsoles seem more durable.

Colour of outsoles has nothing to do with durability. And yes, the CBs are know for having some heel crack or lacing system issues. If outsole life is really important, get a pair of B7s on sale at TW, because nothing comes close.

Well what is your personal opinion on the fit of the b7 against the cb4.3?

I love my Big Shot 2 shoes. Extremely comfortable and wider than my Ballistecs. I haven't had them too long but generally when I wear a tennis shoe the wear on the left toe shows immediately but this hasn't been the case with the K-Swiss. The toe area looks like it'll take a beating.

Only drawback to the Big Shots is the lack of arch support but I use Superfeet anyway.

Arch is a little higher on the B7, width is similar but the 4.3 are a touch wider. For reference, I wear a 12 in the B7 and an 11.5 in CBs. Overall I prefer the B7s and they last me 45 hours compared to 25 from the CB.

I purchased 3 pairs of Asics GR 5 last year. They are very comfortable and work well. For 2 months only.

After that they expand and get so incredibly loose and my feet slide in so much that it would cause shin splints and also I worry if I'll slip.

Even though, the outsole is very durable, the 6 month warranty was moot because the shoe was unusable in 2 months.
