k95 vs n95

    can anyone shed light on what the differences are between the k-six-one 95 and the n-six-one 95? besides the paint job

    There are 2 main threads on this already. But with that being said, the reviewers at TT liked the k95 better than the previous but most of the board find it not as flexible thus losing some touch. Not to mention alot of them complain of spraying balls long with the k95 compared to the n95.

    Yeah, the k has no feel and it is really tough to control. Serving with it is much more difficult for me as I prefer the 10 pts head light. In theory the n is lighter, but five of my 6 are 12.5 ozs and only one is 12.2- my buddy who had them too- his were in the 12.5 Osh range too. The k95 just lacks that classic prostaff feel when you are serving and volleying. The n95 with a poly setup is a lot less squirrely than the k in the same setup.

    the n95 is the wet dream for a tennis player.

    The n95 feels a bit more dampened and plush with good pop. The k95 feels stiffer with a bit more pop. I feel like I get more control with the n95. I'm still tinkering with the string setups on both to see if I can get them to play more closely to each other.
