What do you use for your cross strings? Its almost impossible (outside of a reel) to get a set of kevlar only string, so do you use the cross provided in the set, or do you use something else for the cross string?

And how much do yiou drop the tension on the kevlar compared to your normal tension.

when I was using kevlar, I was using the Ashaway Kevlar crossfire II at about 65 lbs. It already comes with a synthetic.

Its usually paired with a synthetic gut. Use the same tension that you would for a full poly job.

Can't go wrong with OG Sheep Micro 17 gauge as a cross if you have a reel of kevlar.

The playability is much less than a quality poly like BAM. Only plus of kevlar is durability.
