Which grip do you guys use for a kick serve? Continental or eastern backhand?

I currently use a continental, but I hear you can get a lot more spin with the latter.

It seems like I can't edit my post, and I don't want to start another thread so...

For those with a two-handed backhand, do you use a continental or eastern backhand grip with the dominant hand?

Eastern BH. Toss the ball just a bit to your left and slightly closer to your body. Hit 'up and out' from 7 to 1pm on the ball. Watch 'er jump!! ;)

P.S. Be prepared to miss A BUNCH when you first start.

i think the grip is for noobs. you should use whatever is most natural/effective for you, and not try to do what we say on here? just try both ways, and see which one works better. personally i think is how you hit the ball and not so much what grip you use(as long as its continental).
