kick serve

    i am trying to use a kick serve but i cant seem to get a lot of kick with it so let me list the details.

    1. i am 6'1
    2. i use a techifibre 320 18x20 strung with big bangers alu rough
    3. i use a continental grip on the kick serve
    4. my throw is good and bhind but i just cant seem to get the kick

    so im wondering what kind of tips i can get bc i really wanna get this down

    -move your grip over a little bit more towards eastern, but not too much
    -loosen your arm up, make sure you have no tension, that you arent muscling the ball
    -throw the ball more behind you or higher up--experiment with your toss a bit

    hmmm

    now that i think about it when yu hit the ball should i brush up more or what
    cuz i think my way of swinging it is wrong

    Thats most likely it. You need to get the correct swing path. Typically people hit the ball 7 to 1 or 8 to 2 o'clock. Hitting the ball at a slightly lower contact point than normal may help you learn the brushing motion.

    no, the correct way, is to go up and to the side, this will give the kick a massive effect
