My first serve is pretty fast (about 90 - 100) and I put a good amount of slice on it. Recently though I've had the problem of kicking my right leg up before I even hit the ball. Does anyone have a suggestion to help keep my right leg down until after I hit the ball?

Seriously if your hitting 90-100, you really shouldnt be asking about your serve..
