    LOL!

Maria Kirilenko: "I'm happy the way I played at the end of the match, I was so aggressive. I took a risk. That last game was a tough, tough game. This is one of the best wins of my career. I'm expecting a tough match (against Francesca Schiavone). She has too much spin, she plays kind of like a guy. "

I'm sure she meant it as a slam. On this board that's a compliment.

?? That is a compliment. Spin is the difference between ATP and WTA. To say she creates spin like the ATP means her shots are heavy and powerful.

If she plays like a guy, then Kirilenko will get destroyed. Which is probably what will happen in any case. Muginenko was lucky Kuznetsova is slumping otherwise she'd lose 6-1 6-2

Is there any player you don't bash who's not named Henin? Or Nadal?

I like Kirilenko, but glad Schiavone sent her packing. Stupid remark, and dumb to give Francesca more ammunition before the match.

"Plays like a guy" is in no way an insult. Especially when it's prefaced with a remark about her spin.

Saying your opponent is "half a man," (Hingis, re: Mauresmo) is a b!tchy and deliberate slam. Saying she plays like one (Davenport, re: Mauresmo) is not.

You seem to have something negative to say about almost any player, and it's always in a patronizing and demeaning way.

You'll have to ask Igor. No wonder he's having a bad run of results... but what a way to go (out in the 1st round)...

That is wrong on so many levels. But I did laugh.

Someone got some major pwnage today... I assume they didn't French kiss at the net... :)

Schiavone is going to have to get a higher percentage of first serves in against Dementieva. She is much better at attacking than Wozniacki.

Schiavone surely has no chance against Dementieva. Seeing her name is a grand slam final would be shocking to say the least.

    Bartoli beat Henin at Wimbledon.

    Kuznetsova and Myskina won slams.

I've been saying this for years lolz, it's not a woman named schiavone it's just Fernando Gonzalez in a dress!

In all seriousness though, I hope she beats Dementieva in the semis.

I mind seeing a Stosur v Schiavone final.

Afraid I can't. I'm sure guys find her very appealing.

I like her. I wish she would've stayed around longer, because she's a fighter. But, I didn't think Francesca would take her statements lightly.
