Since its compared to Luxilon Big Banger ALU and you should lower the tension on it, should i lower the tension on K-Boom? If so by 10 percent like ALU then how many pounds would 10% be?

It's always trial and error, especially with poly based strings. However, when switching from a nylon based string (synthetic gut, etc.) it is recommended to reduce tension by 10% on K-Boom. If you string at 60 pounds, drop tension 6 pounds. Don/Tennis Warehouse
