    Hey Guys,

I sprained my knee during a soccer match last October. As tennis season is approaching, I want to find some kind of brace/band that support my knee. I have found this Nike Pantella Knee Band on Tennis Warehouse. However, I don't know if it is the right one to use ?

I also play soccer (football as we call in the rest of the world) and had tendonitis in the past, those pantella knee band was useful, but sprained knee? in football we usually use these ones (or sth similar).

Thanks for your suggestion. Do you think this knee brace is too much or is it necessary ? Will the patella band work just as well ?

Hmmmm, my friend I am not a doc, you know just an amateur football (soccer) player and enthusiastic tennis player.

IMHO, my own experience, I was told to use pantella when I got tendinitis (?), in many cases when you play soccer we use a simple tape like Rafa used to use.

The one I suggested was precribed to my friends who sprained their knees and provide stability, not sure the pantella is apropiate.

Why don't you make this question in the health related subforum?
