US WEEKLY, Dec 14, 2005 -- ANNA KOURNIKOVA and ENRIQUE IGLESIAS have reportedly tied the knot. According to the latest issue of US Weekly, on stands this Friday, the couple married a few weeks ago on a beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

"Anna was at a charity tennis event over the weekend and, out of nowhere, when asked about her relationship, she said, "Well, we got married actually". She was sporting a wedding band on her ring finger, and the intresting thing was, Anna and Enrique have often joked that they've gotten married in the past. Even when they were breaking up, getting back together, they'd joke that they were married."

So, did the hot couple really exchange vows?

They did indeed get married. The wedding was small, just family and friends. "Anna wore a long, white bridal gown", a source told us, and "she looked beautiful...and Enrique just wore a plain suit. The ceremony was romantic, beautiful and there were a lot of very elegant flowers."

I thought they were already married, it was reported over the summer at one point. They were at the LA tournament together for Bogomolov's match against Agassi and she had the BIGGEST rock on her left hand.

I wonder if Anna was at Alex's wedding to Harkleroad a few weeks ago?

BTW what happened to both Bogomolov and Harkleroad? especially Harkleroad, she had pretty good run last year and showed nothing this year...

I know someone who has been writing songs with Enrique this week in Miami. He says Enrique refers to Anna as 'my girlfriend'.

There's still hope for Annaholics Anonymous members:

Did she or didn't she? There are conflicting accounts as to whether Russian tennis star Anna Kournikova, whose good looks have long eclipsed her court skills, secrectly married her singer boyfriend Enrique Iglesias.

Have they tied the knot? That depends on whom you believe.

Us Weekly magazine said Kournikova, 23, was spotted wearing a wedding band on her ring finger at a charity tennis event in Florida on Sunday. When asked about her relationship with Iglesias, she was heard telling onlookers: "Enrique is great. Everything is awesome. We are married," Us reported.

The couple reportedly tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a few weeks ago, but a People magazine source said that it's not true: "They definitely did not get married. They're very happy together, but marriage is not something that they're planning in their lives right now."

But the source told People the ring Kournikova has been wearing on her wedding finger is not a wedding band
